MINISTER’S MEETING SUMMARY

PURPOSE
Minister’s Meetings were started by the Founder, Dr. Henry Clifford Kinley, and held on a regular basis after coming to California. Those meetings afforded the ministry an opportunity to come to a common knowledge of getting the gospel across to those coming to the various classes, and to establish a firm conviction and good grasp in the ministers themselves of what we are all about (Ephesians 4:7-13).
DEFINITION OF A MINISTER
One who serves or gives something to someone else; to be helpful and useful. Positions whereby you exercise your capabilities to help others come to a divine knowledge and understanding (Exodus 24:13, Matthew 20:28; II Timothy 2:24).
Examples: High Priest of Levitical Tribe; Joshua (Moses’ Minister); Yahshua the Messiah. Positions are of no notoriety, nor fame, and is often a thankless job (Galatians 4:15-18).
PHYSICAL CONSIDERATIONS
1. Punctuality – Dr. Kinley was a stickler for beginning and ending meetings on time. He himself was always at Class well in advance of starting time of Classes. As Speakers began to ignore signal when their time was up on the floor, the institution of a bell system was implemented, giving a Spearker five (5) mintues to wrap up his/her discourse.
2. Personal Appearance – Ministers dress should be as becoming what the world would look at as appropriate for Clergyman’s dress. We are trying to embrace others into the knowledge and understand that we have, and as Dr. Kinley used to say, when people come here, before they begin to listen to what you have to say, they are looking at you. The manner in which you impress is the manner in which they will become impressed. If called upon to speak and your dress is inappropriate, give an explanation of why you’re dressed that way (work, etc).
3. Imbibing Alcoholic Beverages/Visibility Of Cigarette Packages – Avoid imbibing alcoholic beverages prior to coming to Class or having cigarette packages visible, as this is sometimes offensive and a turn off for someone whose religious upbringings teaches that these are sins.
SPIRITUAL CONSIDERATIONS
1. Always begin your discourse referencing the school was founded upon a Divine Vision and Revelation direct from Yahweh Elohim to Dr. Henry Clifford Kinley, and other references to Dr. Kinley and his prior history as appropriate.
2. Refer to the charts; what they show; how they depict the purpose, pattern, and plan of Yahweh and use them, not just for background scenery, while discoursing on your subject matter.
3. Emphasize differences between what is taught in Class as opposed to other religious organizations with scripture proof.
4. AVOID TALKING ABOUT ONESELF AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. THE SUBJECT OF OUR DISCOURSE IS YAHSHUA THE MESSIAH.
5. Sit down when you have completed what you have to say. Just because you are called as the first or second speaker does not mean that you have to take a pre-allotted amount of time. When you run out of gas, sit down.
6. Listen carefully and attentively to previous Speakers so you can pick up where first or other Speaker left off.
7. All Speakers should strive to broaden the scope of the material presented and endeavor to progress the discourse into the Preset Kingdom Age (New Covenant written in our heart and mind; Colossians 1:26). There should be no pre-selection of Speakers.
SETTING OF PRIORITIES
1. Try to get to the Tabernacle Pattern as soon as possible because that is what is needed to launch forth into showing how this understanding occurred, and what distinguishes this doctrine from any other teaching in the world – that we have something to go by a yardstick, measuring rod, which is really Yahweh Elohim in transformation.
2. Blood, Water, Spirit Precepts through Pattern and Ages and Dispensations.
3. Old/New Covenant with Jews, and showing what differences are.
4. Abrahamic Promise (which covers Gentiles by faith).
5. Name of Father and Son. Dr. Kinley came to us in 1931 and didn’t bring out the names until 1961 (in the book) and 1967 (to the School Body). He imparted to the people some of the things they needed to know first. Yahweh himself waited until Moses to give name.
6. Yahshua fulfilled rather than instituted carnal ordinances (water baptisms, Lord’s suppers, etc.)
7. Holy Spirit as Yahshua manifest within our hearts (I John 4th chapter.)
8. Blasphemy against the Holy Spirit.
CONDUST OF THE MINISTRY
The ministry was admonished their conduct should be that befitting one embued with the Holy Spirit. (Colossians 1:10, Ephesians 4:1-3, II Peter 3:11-18). Preaching in the name is not just using the name Yahweh, Elohim, or Yahshua. Preaching in the name means that it is Yahshua the Messiah in you doing the preaching. If one does not have the Holy Spirit in him, that is not preaching in the name. Baptizing in the name is not just using the name Yahweh or Yahshua; baptizing in the name means immersing one in the Holy Spirit (John 7:28).
If there is anything inappropriate about you as a Minister, your discourse will be ineffective; and the effect on the congregation is that they will not be able to hear you because of you ---and that someone may be your spouse. Such behavior as: wife beating; uncontrollable alcoholism; fornication/adultery; foul speaking.
Dr. Kinley illustrated plainly the negative spirits would rise up right out of the congregation manifested by their conduct and behavior (Acts 20:28-31). If a Speaker’s conscience is condemned, he cannot be effective when he/she knows they re guilty within themselves (I John 3:20). Yahshua the Messiah is our measuring rod, not one another (II Corinthians 10:12—18).
